These fill the dropdown officers choose from. Removing one keeps past records intact.

Remove old movement records to keep the board tidy. Units, officers and reasons are kept — only movement entries are deleted. This cannot be undone.

“Clear ended records” keeps anyone currently away or with upcoming movements; it only removes entries whose end date has already passed. “Delete ALL” wipes the entire history for everyone.
